On Feb. 2011, the ICCIC and the CEDPA entered into partnership to jointly carry out the Shanxi Women Cooperative Training Workshop Project.

The project goal:

·        To increase women’s income and improving women’s economic and social status through women cooperatives;

·        To  enhance women cooperatives’ role in the rural economy in western China;

·        To increase rural women’s gender awareness;
