ICCIC Fourth Executive meeting was held on 5th Jan. 2009 in Beijing. Vice-chair Michael Crook, Yuan Peng, Executive member, Guo Lulai, Tim Zachernuk,Tang Zongkun were in the meeting. Li Zhonghua and Shen Hui participated through E-mail feedback, Yu Lin participated through telephone feedback. Michael charged the meeting.
