From Jan. 26 to Feb. 3, 2008, ICCIC project official Wu Haili, participated in the cooperative study tour activity to Japan organized by Qingdao centre. They visited Japan Aomori Tsugaru Ishikawa agricultural cooperatives and Aomori Shimoda Ting agricultural cooperatives, called on the central committee of Aomori cooperatives, attended to the training of the development of Japanese cooperatives charged by Mr. Kobayashi Adachi, experienced the flourish of Japanese cooperatives with great inspiration. It is worth learning from and drawing on lots of practices and experience of Japan in the aspect of cooperatives development.
