International Committee for the Promotion of Chinese Industrial Cooperatives

On May 13^th ICCIC Cultural Exchange Center was inaugurated at ABP (Advanced Business Park) in Beijing, marking an important step ICCIC is making to promote world peace and progress through conducting cultural, economic and trade exchanges between China and other countries.

Chairman of ICCIC Mr. Michael Crook attended the inauguration and delivered a speech. The ceremony was also witnessed by ICCIC Advisor Ms. Isabel Crook, executive committee member and director of Cultural Exchange Center Mr. Zhang Gaoling, Standing Deputy Director of Cultural Exchange Center Mr. Zhao Yuanjing and other members. Deputy Director of Cultural Exchange Center Mr. Hu Jingdong made related introduction on this ceremony.

ICCIC International Cultural Exchange Center embraces ICCIC's mutual-learning international culture, bearing the historic mission of reducing the threat of war and maintaining world peace; keeping in mind the world people’s contribution to anti-Japanese war, national liberation and modernization construction; propagating ICCIC culture to serve the people around the world.

In order to implement the concept of “making exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations the bridge to strengthen friendship among people in different countries, the power to promote the progress of human society, as well as the bond to maintain world peace” put forward by President Xi Jinping, the ICCIC Cultural Center based in the China (Tianjin) Free Trade Area will further the cause of economy, cooperation, internationalization, culture and progress. On the basis of completing the African Image trade group organization in FTA Yujiapu Financial District, ICCIC Cultural Exchange Center will take two to three years to gradually complete the organization of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and The three Norths (Northeast, North China and Northwest) cooperative product trade group, Chile and Africa cooperative product trade group, Singapore and Korea cooperative product trade group, ASEAN and India cooperative product trade group and America, EU, Japan cooperative product trade group; carry out the project of “One Belt and One Road” project together with relative organizations both at home and abroad; establish international cooperative education union with different educational institutions, training organizations and promotion authorities; finally realize sustainable development.

In keeping with the celebrations of the 70^th Anniversary of the victory of China’s Anti-Japanese War and World anti-Fascist war, ICCIC will organize New 1^st Army Literature and China Expeditionary Force Sculpture Exhibition in the next half year in Guangzhou. ICCIC Cultural Exchange Center will work with related organizations to undertake this exhibition.
